Pricing is volume-based, calculated on the cumulative number of assessments purchased: ₹500 per assessment up to 2,000; ₹400 per assessment from 2,001–5,000; and ₹300 per assessment above 5,000. Any pricing changes are communicated in advance and apply only to assessments purchased after the change takes effect.
One assessment covers five components: OCEAN (Big Five personality), RIASEC (Holland Code career interests), an Aptitude test, a self-assessment for learning preference, and an Emotional Quotient (EQ) assessment — combined into a single report.

Currently, assessments are available for school students in grades 8–12. Tests for college students and working professionals are in development and will be available soon. The current suite includes the Big Five (OCEAN) personality assessment, the Holland Code (RIASEC) career interest test, and aptitude tests covering language, numerical, mechanical, logical and spatial reasoning, based on the NCERT Tamanna Test.
We share a complete sample report after a platform demo. Reports are currently being enhanced with an AI assistant for counsellors and other improvements, which we're rolling into the version we share.
Both the Big Five (OCEAN) and Holland Code (RIASEC) frameworks are well-established, extensively researched frameworks with evidence of reliability and cross-cultural validity, including for Indian populations. ByTrait uses them for career self-discovery and guidance — not clinical diagnosis.
Standard white-labelling covers assessment reports, branded with your name, logo, colours and other agreed elements, hosted on the ByTrait platform. A fully white-labelled interface under your own domain or subdomain is available as an additional service, subject to one-time setup and ongoing maintenance charges, with scope and pricing agreed separately based on your requirements.
Currently, assessment credits have no fixed validity or expiry — they remain available for use on the platform. As the platform evolves, this may change to support ongoing maintenance and improvements; any such changes will be communicated in advance.
No formal training is required for administering assessments or interpreting results — the platform is designed to be simple and intuitive, with guidance built in and technical support available if you need it.
No — there are no additional charges, renewal fees or certification requirements beyond the agreed assessment or subscription fees. Any future changes to the commercial structure will be communicated in advance.
